Thanks for the heads up on the price.......Father's Day is right around the corner. As for the sous-vide being illegal....its not par boiling, and its not deep frying. If your water is heated on a pit....I am not sure it is illegal. Having said that, I am not prepared to give it a go in a comp, I like sous-vide, and bbq,and am not sure I am ready for the worlds to collide.
