Lean venison mixed with bacon and pork butt, ground into burger. Seasoned with Oakridge Venison rub and grilled over RO lump with red oak for flavor. Then topped with swiss and provolone cheese and a sprinkle of rub. Fries were oven-baked and tossed with Oakridge BBQ Game Bird & Chicke rub while they were piping hot.
This didn't suck...
