I had never cooked on a Lang, until last weekend for a class and an event for Orioles Opening Day. Loaded it to the gills with ribs, brisket and Pork and it ran like a champ. Its as a Lang 84, used 3.5 x 20lb bags of charcoal for BOTH cooks, and did everything we asked. Had a 10 minute class, when I picked it up and went for it. Easy learning curve, cooked very well.
