I agree. They were a last-minute addition. I was already doing a pork loin roast on the WSM, and saw them at the grocery store. Been wanting to try a new Asian glaze I've been working on. Ended up cooking them for 2 hours at 250º then glazed them and another 15 minutes to set the glaze. They were good. Skin wasn't where I'd have liked it to be, but still good.
