From BOD agenda... Discusion regarding "Each contestant must submit at least seven (7) portions of meat in an approved container. Chicken, pork and brisket may be submitted chopped, pulled, sliced, or diced as the cook sees fit, as long as there is enough for six (6) judges and the table captain."
"And the table captain"? We would have get a seventh portion for the table captain as a rule? I guess I should supply the tables with a cooler and ice packs also.
