Be very cautious. This could be legitimate and I don't want to accuse anyone. But a catering friend of mine got took on this. Here is how it works. The email is the bait. The hook and scam comes when you respond and they ask for money to fund some things needed to get the event going. They may also send you a deposit for more than the amount due and ask you to refund the defference. Their check won't clear and you are out the refund but you don't know that till a week or so later. Plus they now have your banking information. Look at two things. The dates are not how Americans refer to dates. 28th April. We would say April 28. And there are grammatical errors that show a bad translation. Be very careful.
