I was wondering about drying the extra parsley and giving it away at Christmas. If you chopped it up fine and then dried it in an 120 degree oven for a few days then put it either in plastic bags or some kind of jar, you culd give it away to neighbors. An actual dehydrator would be great. I'm wondering about maybe doing it as a fund raiser for the church or girl scouts or something like that. Would probably have to have a health department approved oven if you do that.
Has anyone tried drying their parsley?
