Cleaned her out to make a rub for Sunday Easter Ribs. Mixed some Weber Smokey mesquite, Weber Kansas City BBQ, Restaurant Depot Chef's Quality BBQ Seasoning, Tones Louisiana Cajun Seasoning, Lawry's's Perfect blend, Tone's Taco Seasoning, some gran onion and garlic, some raw sugar, and Knorr Caldo de Tomate (Tomato Bouillon with Chicken Flavor), the tomato is about 1/3 or more of the total so looking forward to how that works. This will be impossible to repeat if it turns out half assed good at all, but needed to move some stuff out that was pushing 2-3 years old and figured it was a damned good way to do it. So far it tastes pretty darned good. AND.....SAM'S has a 40 DOLLAR OFF purchases over 100 if you sign up for a Discover card thru Saturday. Talk a blind man into buying a bike for a free $40 bucks!!!
