A full size 25 cu.ft warming oven, 3" thick SS in and out that I rigged to be a thermostatically controlled gas assist smoker. I can use split wood chunks or chips. Will hold up to 500 brats on 10 racks, almost 200 lbs of pork butts or a single rack of ribs and cooks just fine. Best pit I've had.
