Holding smoked ribs for service

The new job that I start in a few weeks is letting me smoke ribs and pork for service. I think I have read that holding pulled pork in a little apple juice is the best way to hold pulled pork. What is the best way to hold smoked ribs? Can I cool them and reheat them or is that a No NO? Thanks for your help!
