Tomorrow is Easter and Mom bought a 9lb. boneless rolled leg of lamb. At 325 degrees how long should it take to get to 140 degrees internal. I have heard 25 minutes a pound. I have no experience with lamb. Any other suggestions or info. would be greatly appreciated.
