Yeah don't I know it. We actually found a little speck another piece and removed it. I'm pretty certain that was the piece in the back of the box because it was kind of thick and I remember thinking maybe I should take it out and replace it. Plus I actually got a comment card on brisket that said great appearance, very good taste but chewy.

I'm kind of over it because we weren't going to win GC. But in a strange statistical coincidence, with the 20.0000 we scored for straight 1s on the brisket we were exactly 160.0000 behind the winning score. So, if that brisket had scored 180 we would've tied for GC. But that was not a perfect brisket by a long shot, even without the tinfoil. And I am also very happy for Bob and Belinda. We were parked directly across from them and they were very nice people. So happy they got their GC.
