Barb,
The inverter below is what we use to run 2 FEC 100's. It is a true sign wave inverter and we power it with 2 marine batteries from Sams. This setup will run both cookers for at least 14 hours. We do not start both cookers at once as that is when they use the most power. Once started they don't pull a whole bunch of power.
