Wondering about cooking on a BGE. The XL version doing 3 whole Boston butts. What happens with all the grease when cooking low and slow? And any issues with grease fires?
Also can a guy cook hot and fast on these,
300 or so degrees, and wrap half way through? Any possible grease problems with that?
