Lets make a short list of things as teams we do to make a great produce
Signup on time, clean all equipment, buy meat, travel, setup in a professonial manner, cook as per the rules, create a turn in box in a parking lot, transport in a specila container, try to catch the eye and pallat of 6 judges.
Would seem to me that a little more care be give to the turn in boxes! I alway's remember the disappointment opening a pizza box and all the cheese is stuck to the top!
