Just thought it might give him some ideas as I do know the sources for some of the information in that story but none of it can I attest to. What do you suggest as some good traditional sauces? If you have something and a story about the origin that would be so interesting.

One more point--I actually do live in Toyota land for about two hours a day driving and every once in a while at a contest I sleep there:)
