The cooks have enough to worry about without watching the judges. The judges should be watching the other judges like cooks watch the other cooks. It's all about being legal under the rules that are established. It doesn't happen very often, but it does happen where cooks violate the rules and it is apparent that judges do also. That is why there are KCBS Reps at contests; to take care of stuff that is not supposed to happen. After it is reported it falls on the shoulders of the Reps and KCBS. That's what they get paid for...big or small, that's the bottom line. Teams don't make the final decisions.
