I was cooking 8 pieces of chicken tonight to do a comparison cook between two finishing sauces. I completed my normal routine, and ended up with four finished one way, and four finished another.....
Here is where the problem occurred....
Before I knew it, all 8 pieces were eaten, and I have this weird level of personal satisfaction.... :-)
I have no family or children to blame it on....Do I have a problem? Is there a 12 step program for people like me?

I sat down to sample each experiment, and before I knew it, all 8 thighs were gone.... I am not really sure what happened, but I only have the end result... My chicken is gone....
