I haven't a clue who you are since you didn't use a name or sign the post, but I do like your line of thinking. Exactly what I was saying in my "concerned" post.
These guys were "apparently" in clear violation of the Code of Conduct since they are CBJ's. That's assuming they were drinking beer/alcohol - I don't recall if that was proven, or guilty by association of drinking something in the beer tent. I'm still not condoning their actions and still support the decision - just wish Paul Harvey was here to give the rest (the whole) story. That's my L.E. coming out again.
Now another twist for discussion - and Fast Eddy eluded to this below - what about non-CBJ's. They really don't have a mechinism to get this info (it's part of the CBJ process), so are non-CBJ's bound by this "rule" (Code of Conduct)? As long as they are not "intoxicated" and don't drink "during" judging - are they ok?
