I tried my hand at making rib tips and I'm not sure if I did them right. After trimming spares, i put extra strips in cooker for 3 hours at 250 degrees. I cut into piece and put in a pan, covered with sauce, put lid on pan and cooked at 300 for about 2-3 hours. Pan looked pretty full of liquid when opened and sauce was pretty thin and greasy. Did I do this wrong? Any help is appreciated.
