New Server and my mistake

As you all have probably discovered this web page has been moved to a new web page server. This is about the sixth time for this web page in sixteen years. That's often enough that you would think I would have had the whole process down fairly good. But it doesn't seem to work that way. There is always the problem with migrating everything from one server to another and the time it takes to do all of this over the internet. It still takes between 2 hour and 48 hours to do all of this depending on where your at in the world. So you wind up having the old version of the web page and the new version of the web page running at the same time until everything shakes out.

This time I wound up forgetting to change on file that keeps track of the message numbers on this forum. As a result you will find some messages that are in the wrong place. Here on out everything will be straight as I have fixed it but if you find something wrong it's my fault and I am sorry.

Now for the technically oriented people here is some of the data on the new server this forum is running on. It's an Intel Xeon E5620 with 10 processors.
