A 75 lber would fit,remove feet,inject hams and shoulders with applejuice,apple cider vinegar,salt pepper.Rub down with olive oil then apply rub to the meat side cook at 250* until greese stops flowing then flip and pour some sauce in the cavity and cook to 195* in shoulder meat then let the pig pickin begin
