buddy,
if somebody jumps your stuff for no apparent reason, i believe that the majority of the people out there will jump back. it surely would have been better to not over react. but i wasn't there and don't know how it all went down. but i do know that as a cook at a contest it is NOT my job to enforce the rules (whatever they are). it would be my job to report perceived violations to the powers to be and let them take the appropriate action. It is NOT a cooks job to STAND UP FOR ALL THE COOKS. There is a right way and a wrong way to handle situations like this and, in my view, for a cook to get in the face of a judge and accuse them of a rules violation is not the right way.
finaly thought. before we all condem the man for his behavior shouldn't we at least consider his side of the story?
