Ok, I just can't seem to get this FEC to work right. This morning I wanted to smoke some bacon. I turned it on and set it at 180. It over ran the temp and popped the breaker. I got it cooled down and reset it and it came on. Ran up again and I put the bellies in and it finally settled down and I had it set at 200. I want to do a practice cook and set the cook temp up to 250. It ran all the way up past 365. I lowered the temp and tried to cool it off and now it appears the fire went out and it won't get any temp back. It is out of the wind and the only chimney I have on it is an elbow. Any ideas? I have a ton of meat ready to go and I don't know what to do.
