Very frustrated with our finish in Claremore. Can't understand how 7 pieces of chicken cooked all at the same time at the same temp on the same spot on the smoker can pull 877, 788, 867, and 899 and then not one but two 822's! WTH? Even had two comment cards that said they didn't pass the "napkin test". Aren't the reps supposed to come and tell you about that if they note that the chicken was "bloody". Wish we could figure out what these judges are looking for on everything . . . we'll just keep plugging along.
