Not necessarily. As you can read in prior posts it seems there's some confusion over it. It's very possible that no one's positive or even thought of it since the one advisory that's quoted looks like it's from 1976.
As an example and an example ONLY, crooked politics have been going on in Chicago for years and dead people have been voting in several states for years. Just because it's been "going on for years" does that make it legal or right?
Things slide by all the time and I just wondered where KCBS stood on this issue or if there was a rule or where/if there was a publication with all the stuff in it that one could learn from.
