Thanks for all the good posts. I would come over and have a BBQ sandwhich with you anytime.
Mine is very simple, lay the outside of the bun on a hot griddle, to warm and ever so slightly toast the outsides, lay on plenty of moist pullud pork, drizzle with your favorite BBQ sauce, no pickle for me please. Slam it together and wrap in foil, serve.
