Fedding a Football team

We are going to be feeding a NCAA Div I Football team pulled pork about 96 players and 45 coaches and there wives. We are serving the pork on buns and will also have cole slaw, beans and cheesy potatoes. I am planing on smoking 32 shoulders aprox 224lbs. Do you think that is enough or way to much players will eat alot of course coaches and wives will not. Any idea on the cheesy potatos would be helpfull to.
