For each player allow twice (2.0) as much food.
For the coaches allow 1.5 servings each.
For the wives allow 1.0 servings.
Think you need about 305 servings. I'd allow for 230 servings.
If 224 is your uncooked weight I'd figure 50% shrinkage for a yield of 112 lbs servable pork; divided by 230 yields 7.79 ounces per serving.
Wives would get 7.79 ounces pork; coaches would get 11.69 ounces and players would get 15.58 ounces. If that's not enough you need to cook more pork.
