Thank you, this was all very helpful. Only six racks but I forgot how much work it is to trim them and take care of the trimmings so they are good for sausage and rib tips. They are in the freezer pretty much flat in 2 gallon bags. Trimmings are too, labeled with bones or not. I will take the trimmed ribs out of the freezer and put them in the fridge Thursday night or Friday morning to cook on Saturday. This is so much better to have this work done early. M.A.
