Didn't have enough charcoal for that long on the WSM, went 1.5 smoked and now they are foiled with apple juice for 30-40 min at 375 on the grill. My daughters like sauce so after the foil is off I will sauce and flip several times at 250 until they are gooey. Thanks for your input, by the way I am in Prior Lake, I used to spend a lot of time in Hastings when I lived in Cottage Grove.
