I concur...was at a local BBQ supplier looking for a unit for my cousin...something dumbed down as she is not 'into it' as much as I. The vendor was making some jerk chicken on a Traeger..I am a charcoal wood offset guy...tried it my wife asked how it was and I said 'nice jerk flavour but could have made it in the oven.'
