Hi everyone, quick question for you all. I recently purchased the Char-Griller 5050 Duo and it's working great. Love the grill, both the charcoal and the gas grill. One problem I'm having, and this is completely operator error - nothing with the grill, is that when I cook a burger/steak, it will typically burn the outside of the meat before it's cooked all the way through. Now I like my steak/burgers medium rare, so I don't need it cooked a whole lot. I typically cook them at about 300 degrees, is that too hot? Do I need to flip the meat more frequently? Any other tips/recs.?

Just thought I'd run it by you all here and get your thoughts.

Thanks!
