I made a decision to allow the crew to film my processes, because I felt like it would make for a better show that way, instead of hiding my processes. As for the honey and squirt bottle. I have used that method for a very long time and never have had a problem. After the top blew off the first time, I screwed the top down extra hard, but it failed again. This is when I realized it was an equipment failure and not a tight or loose factor. I was able to remove the access honey of my ribs and correctly season them. My ribs ate very well that day and I was pleased with my product. Things happen and it is how we respond to those things, that is important in the end. Had a fun time trying to win. Tuffy
