Get yourself a bone in ribeye about 1 1/4" to 1 1/2" thick and get da grill hot say 500 degrees throw it on at a 45 degrees to the grate for 2 min, rotate it 90 degrees for 2 mins, flip for 2 mins and then rotate 45 degrees for a final 2 mins....
If this is too rare for you than maybe add 15/20 seconds per 2 rotates and flip will add 1 more minute cook time.
