Well, I just fired up the Klose Pit for the first time this season...My first Smoke of the year. I used Lump Charcoal and Hickory Chunks...and, with that, did up two 4lb. Chuck Roasts with Baked Potatoes and Broccoli too. It sliced well and was very moist, tender, and had a good Smoke flaver. Worked out pretty well for my taste.
Also, I just got my order in of the Pepper's Heine-Hurtin' Hot Sauce which I posted about slightly earlier on the Forum. Darn good stuff. Bought a case containing four Gallon Jugs of the stuff...don't worry...it will go quickly!
