I haven't smoked ribs or chicken for several years now...I have done both in the past...but I'm not a big rib fan because they are just so full of fat and grissle and serious cholesterol...I have done only whole beer can chickens in the past and with using 1/2 hour per lb. cooking time as a guide, they always came out moist and tender and very tasty...but I seem to have strayed away from them...not sure why...I will have to try them again soon...chickens are inexpensive, so there is no reason for me not to try some again...in fact...I'm going grocery shopping today and I just might pick up a few. Now the sweet and hot sauce is the bomb! It's definately worth you're trying. It has a sweet burn with the tang of apple cider vinegar. It is even great as a chip dip. I have found myself dipping nacho chips in it more than once. Great with both beef and pork too!
Peppers.com, a place out of Delaware sells it if you want to try it.
