Our local PBS station did a Picnic & BBQ Special today. I was invited to "be a star". (Move over Myron.) Course, everything was done inside so we only did "sides". (No different than smoked Tofu, right?) So they asked me to do my BBQ slaw..... They loved my "Dirty Grills Gone Wild" apron, my "Dizzy Pig" hat and my "Pappy's Hog Whisperer" t-shirt and were impressed by my KCBS cbj badge. And they really liked the slaw. This cooking on TV could be right up my alley. BUT, it ain't a 180 Brisket!
