The most important thing is that you keep it dry. FAB is hygroscopic, and will suck up moisture from the air.

Also, FAB has oils in it that last about the same as corn oil, so you can use that as a comparison.

If it's kept cool and dry, I've used FAB that's more than two years old. Naturally, if it smells funny or seems 'off', discard it!
