Relax - it's a retouched image. Because of the lighting of the shot, it would have been unclear what the cook was doing since the spray was not visible, so the "blue flame" was added in Photoshop. The artist that prepped the image probably guessed the object held was a torch, so he chose his colors appropriately.

In this age of CGI, don't automatically believe what you see in media, folks.

P.S. - Shrek isn't real either.
