Nice!! Thats my team name and apparently some others as well these days... Seriously, I think the hog position (style ;o) depends on the cooker (smoker) and how you are cooking it. Like the others mention, watch the amount of grease and where it collects. I personally like the racer position or as we call it Hoggy Style.
