We are not buying the meat and a teacher from my kids past came up and asked me how much I would charge to smoke 40 pounds of brisket for their event for a retirement party. That means 40 pounds of COOKED brisket. She wants to feed 150 people. How much do you charge for cooking the brisket they paid for? Also, it's an event where my kids may be involved. Don't want to make a huge profit, but want to come out ahead if we're spending 10 hours to cook.
Not sure what everyone's charging these days.
