hey dude hows it going?try sea salt pepper crushed garlic,thyme and rosemary after rubbing with olive oil try grape vine or mulberry or rosemary stems.serve med rare ni sauce or a balsamic reduction drizzle and a little gray salt.goes great with whipped garlic potatoes and grilled asperagus.take care
