Keep putting on your contest and it will be well attended every year. Raise your entry fee to $400.00 and see how long it takes to lose your event. Maybe the "Big Boys" should have their own BBQ Society and see how that works out. They should only be allowed to cook against the other Big Boys. Why should the majority of the cooks make it possible for the TOY cookers gain their points? The majority of the teams cook for the trophy and not the money. And Scottie, I think your head is bigger than your hat.
