Sure if I were to compete 20+ times a year I would likely not have room for all the awards either. But considering the cost at an average of $200 per entry plus another $100 minimum for meats, and then fuel for travel, fuel for fire, seasonings, aluminum foil, etc. you are looking at spending at least $10,000 to compete that much in one year. I guess what I'm saying is we already have a unofficial tiered system with those who have all the backing and those who just come out a couple times a year to hope to upset the apple cart.

I was tickled pink when I won my first, 1st place in a catagory, and beat out some of the best in the sport. The question I ask here is how does that affect those 20+ teams who are competeing for TOY. Does this not muddy the numbers for those who do spend all the money and time to win to have a occasional player hit all his marks and pop out a 1st place?
