Well I have seen something similar in a past hobby. You have the two teirs .First issue issue is how to divide the teams, If you leave them enter whichever they want I see problems with some teams people percieve to be top tier teams entering the lower tier event. Why ? Well in the other hobby what happened was Both teirs wanted 100% of their entries paid back in their tier . Even with a lower entry in the lower tier theres a chance that the lower tier by having more teams has a higher payout then the top tier . Seen it . How would you break it down who can compete where ? By record ? By amount of contests cooked ? I have seen a few instances this year of folks competing in contests others say they shouldnt have been allowed in. Just looks like a huge cluster to me .Besides in Wi us Fickel Cheeseheads just dont have enuff teams to pull it off IMHO.
