Me and Ray are friends and I get that too... I wonder if it's because we ate too many Italian beefs in our life? Then again, it might be the giardineria. Although, I am really thinking it's because of the Italiam beef combo, hot, wet. Just not enough napkins for that bad boy.
But back to your question... With this litigious society that we all live now. To lay blame, before it is officially public knowledge can get you in trouble. Not necessarily illegal trouble. But just someone wanting to go to court and make it troublesome, but the attorneys get paid, so they love it...
