Yes Don, I peeled it then I rubbed it down with Grey Poupon mustard and hit it with a little rub I made from a Chris Lilly recipe that was posted here on the Forum. Served it along with several types of corn and potato chips and a leek dip, pickle wedges and a nice cole slaw. Really tasty!
