Here's an older but very good piece on CAB and aged beef. I think if it is REAL CAB then yes it makes a difference, but often it's just a 'hook you in to buying it' catch phrase calling it 'pure angus', black angus', 'aguus beef', etc.....it has to be "Certified Angus Beef" to make the grade and is almost always choice and up.
