Hi Folks, I haven't been on here in quite some time and as some of you may know, I'm not a regular contributor for the National BBQ News anymore. Life has it's twists and turns and things have been in a whirlwind.
Tiny and I have been extremely busy with our catering this year and we've added vending to our menu of things to do in our spare time. Now on top of all that we have on our plates we are opening a carry-out restaurant in Mill Hall, PA which is about 20 miles from State College.
As you can imagine we're very excited and at the same time very busy. I wish I could check in more often but with all that is happening time is a rare comodity.
